At present, electronics is very mature in terms of power quality monitoring devices and monitoring analysis software, and has a relatively high reputation in China. For example, a 110KV substation in Guangdong Province is affiliated with a power supply bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Company, which has two main transformers with a total capacity of 80MVA,The main wiring method of this station is the line transformer group connection, which is connected to 220KVC substation and 220KV D substation through two 110KV lines: 110KV A branch line and 110KV B branch line.


Data analysis software can accurately analyze electrical energy data in multiple aspects, including real-time data browsing, comprehensive statistical report export, alarm data query, and historical data query. By analyzing the above aspects of electrical energy data, the power quality status of the region can be evaluated.To use a power quality testing instrument for measurement, it is necessary to first connect the voltage test line to the host.

Then, according to the testing of the power quality tester, it is necessary to select a suitable voltage testing probe, connect a current sensor, and let the current sensor clamp the wire that needs to measure the current. Try to make the wire pass vertically through the clamping hole of the current sensor. When connecting the test probe to the test source, prevent electric shock and short circuit from occurring. Special attention should be paid when making connections, and the color of the voltage test wire must be consistent with the color of the host socket. The colors of the voltage test probes should also match each other.


The power quality device adopts DSP+ARM9 as the core, and DSP has strong data processing ability to complete data acquisition and calculation. Used for data statistics, display, storage, buttons, communication, and alarm tripping functions. Using the WINCE5.0 embedded real-time operating system as the software platform, all software is programmed using language, ensuring high reliability and portability of the system.


The data collection part adopts a 6-channel, synchronous sampling 16 bit high-speed A/D converter, which has high collection accuracy and meets the requirements of national standards for power quality testing indicators in actual measurement; Large capacity storage space meets the data storage requirements of power quality testing devices, and can store historical data for more than one year without loss upon power failure.
