Power quality monitoringdeviceAlso known as harmonic power monitoring device, it is a high-performance multifunctional power quality testing and analysis instrument. Mainly solves the rapid increase in power load, especially the continuous growth of impulsive and nonlinear load capacity, which leads to waveform distortion, voltage fluctuation and flicker, and three-phase imbalance in the power grid. Suitable for power plants, substations, wind farms, photovoltaic power stations, oil, coal mines, steel, metallurgy, chemical and other large-scale factories and mining enterprises with voltage levels of 220KV, 110KV, 35KV, 10KV, 6KV, and 380V.


Main features: The voltage input adopts a high voltage isolation module, and the current input adopts a high-precision current transformer to isolate the input signal from the measurement system, greatly improving the anti-interference ability of the instrument. Large capacity storage: Built in 512M memory, data is stored in units of 5 minutes, and each channel can continuously store 4 months of historical data.


Power quality monitoring device


Multiple testing parameters: used to detect system frequency, grid harmonics, three-phase voltage imbalance, voltage fluctuation and flicker, voltage deviation, voltage fundamental effective value and true effective value, current fundamental effective value and true effective value, fundamental active power, fundamental apparent power, 2-63 harmonics, true power factor, and other parameters specified in all five national standards for power quality.


Communication and multi-channel testing: The communication interface supports RS-232 and 485, and the power quality monitoring device has multiple testing channels, flexible configuration, and can measure 8-way 3-phase voltage signals and 8-way 3-phase current signals. High accuracy: meets the requirements of national standard A-level instruments. Reference algorithms are used for harmonics, three-phase imbalance, flicker, and fluctuations, without approximate calculations. High precision A/D (16 bit) is used for simultaneous sampling, with a collection rate of 12.8 kHz.
