Function description:
◆ Full industrial control overall design, with an 8-inch LCD screen for local real-time display. The on-site measurement results can also be observed at any monitoring point through remote communication.
The monitor displays real-time data and waveforms of the device. Each device has a display time of 1 minute and is displayed cyclically. When the loop reaches a certain device, the data of each channel of the device is displayed in a loop.
The industrial computer remotely uses Ethernet, telephone line, and RS232/485 communication interfaces for data transmission.
◆ The entire screen cabinet is equipped with 1 LCD display, 1 industrial computer, and SF DZ-3AC Power Quality Monitor4 units, capable of measuring 24 × 3-phase voltage signal and 24 × 3-phase current signal.

◆ The AC 220V working power supply is automatically connected to the equipment power terminal through the screen air switch.

Power quality monitoring instrument functions:
1. The power quality parameters can measure three-phase fundamental voltage, three-phase fundamental current, three-phase fundamental active and reactive power, three-phase voltage fluctuation, short-term flicker (Pst), long-term flicker (Plt), positive sequence, negative sequence, zero sequence, and imbalance of three-phase voltage and current.
2. Harmonics can be measured (50 times, Class A), including the content of three-phase harmonic voltage, current, total active and reactive power, total distortion rate of three-phase voltage harmonics, and total effective value of three-phase current harmonics.
3. Real time monitoring and scheduled recording (record a set of measurement results every 3 minutes and save them. After one year, the recorded content will automatically refresh. The scheduled time can also be flexibly set according to usage requirements through the display menu).
4. Automatically generate monthly statistical reports every month, with a statistical interval from the 25th of the previous month to the 25th of the current month.
5. Automatically generate a limit violation report file every day, recording the start and end times of each harmonic limit violation and the values of the limit violation time.
6. The alarm and trip limits for voltage, current, and harmonics can be set arbitrarily. The number of consecutive limit crossings can be arbitrarily set (to avoid misjudgment caused by interference and transient harmonics, when the number of consecutive limit crossings exceeds the set value, it is a true limit crossing).
7. Equipped with self diagnosis and automatic reset functions, improving the reliability of network operation.
