      Power quality monitoring deviceThe FC-SP100 portable wave recorder produced by the manufacturer is an extension of the generator characteristic tester's functionality. It is a portable device with DSP and embedded operating system as the core, adopting a three-layer architecture to achieve data acquisition, processing, transmission, and storage functions. Based on the advanced data processing capabilities of DSP, FC-SP100 achieves full digital analog signal filtering, which can flexibly adopt different sampling frequencies according to user needs, with a maximum of 100K/S. It can be used for recording and analyzing transient electrical signals. Adopting advanced industrial control kernel and embedded operating system, it efficiently and reliably realizes advanced data processing, transmission, storage, and display functions.

FC-SP100 provides an upper computer software package that can be installed on Windows based computers (upper computers), such as laptops, engineer stations, DCS hosts, etc. The upper computer is connected to FC-SP100 through a fieldbus or local area network to achieve functions such as generator characteristic testing, remote control, and data sharing.

Main functions and features

General starting electrical test of generator: FC-SP100 can facilitate the X-Y characteristic test of any two sets of parameters, such as no-load test, short circuit test, and curve fitting. You can record optional analog waveform curves and RMS curves for excitation regulator related tests, such as step tests, deexcitation tests, load rejection tests, etc. It can conduct generator synchronization test, rotor AC impedance test, phase leading test, etc. Using BF-91 for electrical testing can improve testing efficiency, measurement accuracy, and data processing capabilities, achieving automation of electrical testing.

Fault recording: According to the pre-defined fault criteria by the user, BF-91 monitors the measured signal in real-time, and starts waveform recording when a fault occurs. At the same time, the upper computer is notified, and the recorded data is saved in permanent memory without power loss. This function can be used for monitoring the operation of power systems or other critical equipment, for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.

Real time monitoring: FC-SP100 is connected to 16 switch signals and 18 analog signals. BF-91 calculates the effective value of analog quantities in real time, calculates quantity values (frequency, active power, reactive power, zero sequence, negative sequence, etc.), and can also calculate harmonics in real time (3 channels can be calculated simultaneously, up to 21 times), vector maps (up to 4 groups, each group can contain up to 6 analog quantities). All the above data, including switch status and analog waveform, can be displayed in real-time. The effective value and switching value can be transmitted in real-time to the upper computer.

Paperless trend chart recording: FC-SP100 can record 16 switching quantities and 8 analog quantities (optional, including calculation quantities) at a frequency of 1 point per second, for a total of 3 days, with cyclic recording to describe the long-term trend of the measured signal. The recorded data does not lose power.

FC-SP100 can be used as a portable instrument for monitoring and analyzing faults in various industrial equipment; It can also be used for online monitoring of key equipment in power systems or other industries; Or use its data processing and computing capabilities as a data source to provide real-time data to other systems.
