Directly engaged measurement personnel should be familiar with all live and high-voltage components in the measurement circuit. Personnel who are not directly engaged in measurement should be isolated from the test area. During the test and after power on, no one is allowed to enter the high-voltage area.

2Before the experiment, operators should master the testing circuit, testing methods, testing steps, and testing objectives.The test site should be clean and tidy, and no unrelated items should be stored. There should be no disorderly small metal pieces on the ground in the high-pressure section(Such as bare copper segments, screws, nuts, and other small metal blocks)The tested object, step-up transformer, coupling capacitor, etc. should be kept at an appropriate distance from the surrounding area.

3The surface of the test object, step-up transformer, coupling capacitor, etc. should be kept dry and clean, as moisture and dirt on the surface can cause partial discharge on the surface, leading to abnormal measurement.The test operators shall connect the wires according to the requirements of the regulations. Various metal objects in the test area should be firmly grounded, and all possible discharge areas in the test area should be inspected and improved(If there are no sharp or sharp corners)Pay special attention to whether various ground wires are well grounded.

4Before starting the pressurization test, the tester must carefully inspect the circuit to avoid incorrect connection.
