Power quality monitoring仪Before operationPreparation work:
1. Developing a work plan, two important aspects of which are determining the target and scope of testing. Typical detection objectives include addressing specific equipment performance issues, identifying and correcting interference sources within the equipment, identifying the overall power quality of the equipment, or determining the suitability of available power detection equipment before installing new equipment. The scope of detection will be influenced by various factors, from the scale of the facility and the complexity of its electrical system to the number and length of equipment events, the level of management involvement, and the number and placement of power monitors.
2. After the preparation of the work plan is completed, the information collection work for power quality testing will be carried out:Collect data and documents;Tools required for assembly, such as power monitor, circuit tester, multimeter, and infrared scanner; On site inspection includes visual and physical inspection;Layout, connection, and setup of the power monitoring system.
3. Data analysis: Based on the information collected in the early stage, analyze and organize the data: check the physical data; Review site history and device event logs; Summary of power monitor events; Compare power events with device event logs; Compare events with device performance specifications; Extract key power monitor event;AC Power Quality MonitorClassify key power monitoring events; Confirm the correlation of power monitor events; Determine the cause of the event; Design and implement event solutions.
