The role of UPS in the power quality monitoring instrument room is to achieve uninterrupted mutual switching of dual power supplies, providing a certain amount of backup time, voltage stabilization, frequency stabilization, isolation of interference, etc. It can block grid disturbances such as instantaneous interruptions, harmonic interference, voltage fluctuations, frequency fluctuations, surges, etc. before the load. Due to the lack of direct electrical connection between the input DC bus and external battery pack of the UPS inverter and the user's original 48V communication power supply, there will be no conducted interference on the programmable controller.

In addition, to prevent external radiation interference, UPS usually adopts a steel plate frame structure, with a streamlined plastic shell designed outside the UPS lined with 2mm thick stainless steel plate. While maintaining a beautiful appearance, it eliminates radiation interference to other equipment. RFI filters are used at its input and output terminals, providing purified AC power to the load.
